How can you sell these mattresses at a fraction of the cost that our local big retailer is selling it for?

We Buy our mattresses directly from the manufacturer, new in plastic. Our mattresses range from closeout models, store closing to over run models. Once we receive the mattresses, we fully inspect to be sure we did not receive any defective mattresses. Since we sell without warranty, we want to be confident of the product we are selling. Our mattresses are brand new and exactly the same as you would get in your local big box stores. Actual pictures are available upon request.
The next area where we save money, we do not have a retail location on a major road or at a mall with high expenses.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our standard shipping in the continental U.S. is FREE! Our standard shipping is curbside, so we ask you be prepared and have an extra set of hands available to bring your mattress in. Our mattresses are shipped in a custom box with re-enforced sides and banding. They are large. Please refer to the sizing chart.
We also offer “White Glove” shipping. With this service, we contract with local moving companies in your area to pick the mattress up from the freight company and bring to you. They will bring the mattress into your home, up one flight of stairs to desired area, set up your mattress and dispose of the cardboard and plastic. This service ranges from $150-$250 depending on your location. Please call to set up this service.

Do these mattresses come with a warranty?

We buy and sell our mattresses without warranty. Through our experience, we have found this to be the best economically for us and our customers.
Here is how most warranties work: Manufacturer warranties range from 3 years to 20 years and even lifetime on a few select models. Please keep in mind, a mattress warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship. Next, most of all warranties are now prorated. As your mattress ages, you will receive less credit if you have a problem. You also have to pay for a mattress technician to come in and physically inspect the mattress for a warranty claim. From our research, we have found that less than 4% of warranty claims are approved.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping and there is a 25% restock fee. We do not sell used mattresses and therefore, can not take back any used mattress. Once we inspect the return, we will process your refund.
